Laparoscopic assisted ileal resection

Sushila age 69 yr female with subacute intestinal obstruction was referred to Dr Ashutosh Soni of minimally invasive surgery centre Indore 

CT scan abdomen showed terminal ileal obstruction 

Diagnostic laparoscopy done to view the lesion and other parts

The stricturous segment with proximal dilatation was delivered out through a small incision in right iliac fossa.

Resection and anastomosis done to restore the continuity.
